I know you, on sight. Our kids have played against each other for YEARS. We've come to Vegas to play you and you've come here to play us. We exchange pleasantries despite our rivalry and discuss the finer points of each game and our kids' performances without malice or judgement.
We wish each other good luck, say hello and bid farewell like old friends who know they will meet again. We are the model of good sportsmanship, goodwill and everything that is awesome about hockey. Other parents should take note of our easygoing acquaintance-ship.
Now if I could only remember your name.
Sincerely, and until next time,
